How to Fill State Marriage Assistance Scheme Application Form
- Verification of the prospective groom’s and beneficiary’s age.
- The AAY/PHH ration card includes the name of the applicant or, if a widow, her husband or father.
- Aadhar card of the applicant and the prospective groom; certificate given by the SM/Tehsildar; resident certificate in the absence of documents at Senior No. 2/3.
